一、合法使用承诺

使用本工具即表示你同意并承诺：

• 权利归属：你保证对所处理的文件拥有完整、合法的所有权或处置权，或已获得权利人的明确授权。

二、平台政策与法规遵从

平台责任：部分AI内容平台要求创作者保留AI生成标记。你应自行了解并遵守所使用平台的内容标注政策。

• 法规遵从：你应遵守所在地及文件使用地关于数据隐私、知识产权、内容标识等所有适用法律法规。
• 跨境合规：如涉及跨境数据传输或使用，你应确保符合相关国家/地区的法律规定。

三、用户责任与免责声明

完全责任：你使用本工具处理文件所产生的一切法律后果，包括但不限于侵犯第三方合法权益、违反平台政策、违反法律法规等，均由使用者本人承担全部责任。

• 工具中立性：本工具仅提供元数据清除的技术能力，不对清除后的文件用途进行判断、监控或背书。
• 结果验证：本工具按“现状”提供，我们尽力确保功能正常，但不保证清除的绝对完整性和准确性，亦不对因清除不彻底或过度清除导致的任何损失承担责任。

四、禁止用途清单

使用本工具时，严禁用于以下场景：

• 去除版权标识、创作者署名或数字水印；
• 伪造或篡改文件时间戳、创作信息用于非法证明；
• 处理涉及国家安全、司法证据、医疗记录等受严格监管的文件；
• 侵犯他人肖像权、名誉权、隐私权；

This tool is a purely local metadata removal tool designed to help users remove private metadata and AI traceability markers from images and video files.

1. Legal Use Commitment

By using this tool, you agree and commit that:

• Ownership: You warrant that you have full legal ownership or disposition rights over the files you process, or have obtained explicit authorization from the rights holder.
• No Infringement: You shall not use this tool to remove, alter, or hide any copyright attribution information, DRM information, or other legally protected rights identifiers.
• No Illegal Purposes: You shall not use this tool for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to forging evidence, infringing on others’ privacy, fraud, defamation, or trade secret infringement.

2. Platform Policy and Regulatory Compliance

Platform Responsibility: Some AI content platforms require creators to retain AI-generated markers. You should understand and comply with the content labeling policies of the platforms you use.

• Regulatory Compliance: You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy, intellectual property, and content labeling in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction where the files are used.
• Cross-Border Compliance: If cross-border data transfer or usage is involved, you shall ensure compliance with the legal requirements of relevant countries/regions.

3. User Responsibility and Disclaimer

Full Responsibility: All legal consequences arising from your use of this tool to process files, including but not limited to infringement of third-party rights, violation of platform policies, or breach of laws and regulations, shall be solely borne by the user.

• Tool Neutrality: This tool only provides the technical capability for metadata removal. It does not judge, monitor, or endorse the use of processed files.
• Result Verification: This tool is provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure normal functionality, we do not guarantee the absolute completeness or accuracy of removal, nor are we liable for any losses caused by incomplete or excessive removal.

4. Prohibited Use Cases

Use of this tool is strictly prohibited for:
